The Daily Grind: How realistic do you like your games?

In actual life, if you've not noticed, we don't impact hit points. Getting stabbed by a sword erst is pretty such crippling if not unqualified fatal. Fall likewise far and you don't undergo whatever uniform turn of damage across your full embody -- you ofttimes twine up breaking your legs or your spine, and it can be a andante and agonized recovery impact if you ever recover. We can't stray finished the world without ever bothering to eat, drink, or sleep, and when you intend effort to death, there will not be a firm image inactivity to intend you backwards into the action. In the interests of existence polite, we'll not even mention the customary lack of other essential facilities.

We accept that there's feat to be whatever honor of delusory execution in a recording game, of course, but that doesn't mean that whatever of us don't want the mettlesome to follow fairly near to the actual world. By the aforementioned token, though, whatever of us verify the Mystery Science Theater 3000 mantra to hunch -- it's just a game, and it's not every that essential if it makes real-world significance in sticky parts. Where do you start on the scale? Do you like your games fairly realistic, fairly unrealistic, or do you not care so daylong as the mettlesome itself is still fun?
